Job Interview Coaching
- Do you know what to expect at your job interview?
- Are you confident you will perform at your best?
Very few people enjoy job interviews. Most of us feel nervous, we don't know what to expect, and we are afraid of either drying up or talking too much and making the wrong impression.
We offer you a 2-hour coaching session with a booklet to keep afterwards. You will see how to analyse the job carefully, then prepare what to say to show you have the right skills and experience.
We will deal with any special worries. You will take part in a short mock interview, then discuss what went well and how to work on any problem areas.
Your booklet will provide tips and hints, and remind you how to prepare for future interviews.
Time required: 1 meeting of 2 hours
Follow up phone call(s)
Cost:£150

Services to Employers
- An employee benefit that benefits you
- Redundancy or restructuring support
- Psychometric assessment to aid recruitment decisions
Career Coaching available as needed allows employees to discuss worries and concerns in confidence with someone from outside the organisation. Individuals who work with us to review their strengths and options often become more settled in their team, and can gain the confidence to progress within the company.
At difficult times of restructuring or redundancy, we offer people support in identifying the way forward, writing CVs and application forms, and preparing for job interviews.
Our psychometric assessment of personality and competences can give recruiters further information: an objective assessment of an applicant's potential and an indication of areas to explore before making a decision.
Please do contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be pleased to suggest a package to suit your needs.
