Who are we?
Ann Reynolds Career Guidance and Development is an independent career guidance consultancy, offering information, advice, guidance and coaching to all members of the community, in relation to work, jobs, careers, education and training.
Our Aim
To help you make choices and take action that wil enable you to develop your potential and/or your career in keeping with your needs, values, ambitions, personal circumstances, interests and abilities.
Statement of Service
If you use our services, you can be sure that these will be:-
- Centred on your needs, valuing and respecting each client as a self-determining individual and aiming to offer equality of opportunity to all, both to the services provided by the organisation and to the opportunities for learning and work.
- Confidential between the organisation and yourself, the client (who is the person in the receipt of the services, not necessarily always the person purchasing the services). Where there are limits to confidentiality, or where some information may be shared with a third party, this will be made clear to you at the earliest opportunity.
- Supported by up-to-date, comprehensive information relevant to your needs and clearly understandable by you, the client.
- Carried out by staff who can prove their competence to deliver that service.
- Clearly explained to you in advance, so that you understand
- a) the intended outcome of each service and its limitations
- b) what will be required of you in terms of action and commitment
- c) availability, times, duration, location and cost.
- Open to comment and criticism by you, the client, with opportunites provided to evaluate the service and a policy and procedure for complaints.

Professional Responsibility
Ann Reynolds, owner/manager, is a member of the following professional bodies and abides by their Codes of Principles and/or Practice. If, having a complaint about any of the services offered, you do not gain satisfaction from Ann Reynolds Career Guidance and Development, you are welcome to take your complaint further to one or more of the following bodies:-
