Adviser Skills Development

Ann is a qualified NVQ assessor and internal verifier. She has been helping develop advisers' skills for the past ten years. She has enabled more than 200 people to gain NVQs and NOCN qualifications.
Ann's experience includes:
- NVQ Advice and Guidance workshop programmes at levels 2, 3 and 4
- 6 week interview skills training with single unit certification (NOCN)
- 3-day "Introduction to Advice and Guidance" programme
- 1-day and ½-day interview refresher events for experienced and for new advisers
- lectures for postgraduate trainee careers advisers
Over the past two years, Ann has delivered Advice and Guidance training or assessment for:
- Coventry University
- University of East London
- Peterborough Regional College
- Peterborough College of Adult Education
- Cambridgeshire Early Years and Childcare Service
- Cambridgeshire & Peterborough nextstep Partnership
