Career Guidance is for people of all ages who are planning their next career move or looking to change direction. In one or more confidential meetings, we'll discuss your ideas and I'll give you activities to explore your skills and interests.

You can use an online careers questionnaire to give you new ideas and information. You'll draw up a realistic career plan that is right for you. We'll make sure it takes account of your income needs and your personal work values.

You will get a report summarising the discussions and setting out your plan of action, together with the information you need to start working towards your new goal.
